HQ Video Mod is an improved video quality mod for clip-share who uses a special proportional quality algorithm for producing high quality videos without stress out the server cpu/mem/hd usage and also maintain a very small file sizes.
The mod has an auto ratio function who's automatically adding letterboxes for widescreen videos (preventing the egg head phenomena).
Audio is being converted into a bit depth of 16bit a sample rate of 44100Khz in stereo mod (CD quality).
